In Switzerland and Norway the shipping costs will be added in the cart a contribution for the export customs taxes pairs to 50 €. Swiss and Norwegian citizens will also be charged with customs clearance.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised by the customer within 14 days of receipt of the goods purchased.
The customer must communicate to Nardini Srl the will to exercise this right.
If the product arrives broken or defective it will be our concern to take into charge the costs of the withdrawal and refund the expense.

The goods must be accurately packed to avoid damage during shipment. The original packaging or a well sealed analog must be used, and the product must be complete with everything originally contained.

We avoid creating new future waste before recycling!
Our store has more than 70,000 items, every day about 10 pallets come with new merchandise, from large furniture to small objects.
In our showroom there is a very high spare of exhibition goods and in stock, it would be impossible for us to keep thousands of boxes a day for a tot of time without recycle.
As intuitive, however controlled, the consumption of material such as cardboard, multiball, film and polystyrene is very high.
Maintaining such quantities of the materials listed above or even producing new custom boxes would turn us into a landfill and would be a total waste.
We receive thousands of boxes, packages and anti-rupture material a day, why produce new ones?
This is a small gesture we do daily to reduce consumption.
Our company policy is based on recycling and renewable energy.
This is why the goods could come to you in a package not “logged” or original of the product.
Every commodity that is shipped, is controlled and packed in the best way in a recycled box and in good condition, those that are not recycled by ERSU.
All this will never affect the safety of the package during shipping, but indeed improves it, just because each package is studied in itself with the best packaging.
In any case, if the goods do not arrive completely intact, as written in our return policy, then broken or damaged, the product is refunded by us with return to our cargo.
