In Switzerland and Norway, a contribution for export customs taxes of € 50 will be added to the shipping costs in the cart. Customs clearance costs will also be borne by Swiss and Norwegian citizens.


The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the customer within 14 days of receipt of the goods purchased.
The customer must communicate to Nardini Srl the will to exercise this right.

If the product arrives broken or defective, we will take care of the collection costs and reimburse the expense.
[NB: the refunds in question are made only if at the time of delivery with the driver present, as indicated also at the time of check-out, "goods accepted with reserve" has been written on the transport document. If not, the customer will not get a refund. ]

The goods must be carefully packed to avoid damage during shipment. The original packaging or a similar well sealed one must be used, and the product must be complete with everything originally contained.
It is recommended to keep the packaging with which the goods are received, because, if the goods have been damaged during transport, it will be necessary to receive photographic documentation of the damaged product and its packaging.

If, on the other hand, the withdrawal is due to personal reasons, the product will be refunded, but the shipment of the withdrawal is charged to the customer.

NB: The sea products (sunbeds, director and deck chairs) are entirely produced and made by hand, therefore handcrafted: for this reason they can have finishing characteristics /
color not perfectly analogous to the photo and to each other. Therefore, the cost of the withdrawal is not our responsibility if they present the natural characteristics indicated above.

Our shop has more than 70,000 items, about 10 pallets of new goods arrive every day, from large furniture to small objects.
In our showroom there is a very high turnover of display goods and in the warehouse, it would be impossible for us to keep thousands of boxes a day for a certain amount of time without recycling.
As can be guessed, although controlled, the consumption of materials such as cardboard, bubble wrap, film and polystyrene is very high.
Maintaining such quantities of the materials listed above or even producing new custom-made boxes would turn us into a landfill and would be a total waste.
We receive thousands of boxes, packages and anti-breakage material a day, why produce new ones?
This is a small gesture that we do every day to reduce consumption.
Our company policy is in fact based on recycling and renewable energy.

This is the reason why the goods may arrive in a package that is not "logged in" or originating from the product.

Each goods that is shipped is checked and packaged in the best way in a recycled box and in excellent condition, those that are not are recycled by ERSU.

All this will never affect the safety of the package during shipment, but rather improves it, precisely because each package is designed on its own with the best packaging.

In any case, if the goods do not arrive completely intact, as written in our return policy, therefore broken or damaged, the product is refunded by us with return at our expense.
