The right of withdrawal may be exercised by the customer within 14 days of receipt of the goods purchased.
The customer must communicate to Nardini Srl the will to exercise this right.

If the product arrives broken or defective it will be our concern to take into charge the costs of the withdrawal and make the reimbursement of the expenses.
[NB: Refunds in question are only made if, at the time of delivery in the presence of the driver, as indicated at check-out, "goods accepted with reservation of account" was written on the transport document. Otherwise, the customer will not receive the refund.]

The goods must be accurately packed to avoid damage during shipment. The original packaging or a well sealed analog must be used, and the product must be complete with everything originally contained.
It is recommended to keep the packaging with which the goods are received, because, if the goods have suffered damage during transport, it will be necessary to receive photographic documentation of the damaged product and its packaging.

If the withdrawal is due to personal reasons the product will be refunded, but the shipment of the withdrawal is charged to the customer.

RESOURCES OF DANNEXED PRODUCTS

Any damage encountered must be communicated by email within 3 working days of receipt of the goods and before proceeding with any installation and/or installation at the following address: info@nardiniforniture.com

It is recommended to carefully store the packaging with which the goods are received. In case the goods have suffered damage during transport, photographic documentation of both the damaged product and its internal and external packaging will be indispensable. Without such photographs, you will not be able to initiate the procedure of complaint and replacement of the product. Therefore, it is essential to send us photos of the damaged packaging in order to proceed with the necessary checks and solve the problem as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND INSURANCE

When you receive the delivery, in the presence of the driver, you must write on the transport documents "merci accepted with account reserve".
In this way if there are damage caused by the carrier, not immediately visible, you will be able to open a complaint with the transport company.
NB: If the transport document does not report the word "merci accepted with account reserve", the customer will not receive from Nardini Supplies the refund costs produced.

All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage caused by transportation during transit from our warehouses to your delivery address.
Once the parcel has been delivered and that you have signed for its acceptance at the delivery address, the insurance cover ceases. To ensure that your purchases arrive intact and in perfect condition, we require a signature for acceptance to the delivery.

RECESS LAW

Pursuant to the European Directive 2011/83, received in Italy with the Legislative Decree of 3 December 2013, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by the customer within 14 days of receipt of the goods purchased. The customer must communicate to Nardini Srl the will to exercise this right.

You can exercise this right exclusively the consumer-customer, that is the natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to your professional activity and that therefore does not indicate in the order form a reference of Partita Iva.

Note:

- Customers who purchase VAT can not exercise the right of withdrawal.

- The withdrawal cannot be exercised in the event of the lack of all the elements attached to the product and anything else present in the original packaging.

- The withdrawal cannot be exercised in case of goods made to measure or customized.

MODE OF RECESS

1. If a return is made, please send an email to info@nardiniforniture.com with the order number, your name and delivery address, attaching photos of the product if it is damaged, so that you can proceed to the withdrawal.

2. The company’s Customer Service will contact the consumer via email to accept the request and confirm the withdrawal of the package.

3. The goods must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping.The original packaging or a similar one must be used, and the product must be complete with everything originally contained.

4. Nardini Supplies takes care of the collection costs only if the product arrives broken or damaged, but if the return is made for personal reasons, the cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, who is responsible for the product during shipping .In the event of loss, theft, or otherwise, Nardini Srl reserves the right to charge for any damage suffered.

Upon arrival of the goods, Nardini Srl will verify the integrity of the goods and the presence of all products accompanying the original product.

The company will always refund the purchase price excluding initial shipping costs.The company will carry out the refund using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that he does not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund.

The consumer is solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

In order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should only manipulate them and inspect them in the same way that they would be allowed to do so in a store. Consequently, during the withdrawal period the consumer should manipulate and inspect the goods with due diligence.

In case of damage to the product during transport, Nardini Srl will notify the Customer of what happened (within five working days from receipt of the product in its warehouses), to allow the customer to immediately protrude complaint against the courier he or she has chosen and obtain the refund of the value of the product (if insured by the customer).

YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to you through the payment method you used.
If your order was shipped to a destination within the EU, taxes will be refunded in full.Outside the EU, customs duties and taxes are not refundable through our site.In any case, you can try to recover them by contacting the local customs office directly.
Once the integrity of the goods has been ensured, our company will refund the return within 48 hours of confirming the arrival of the returned package in the warehouse.
The refund on your bank account or PayPal will be displayed in a few days depending on the banking institution.
